Leases are by the apartment and NOT by bedroom. Prices listed are for the entire apt...NOT per bedroom. Leases are joint leases (all parties on same lease).
We bill in 12 equal monthly installments at the listed rate. Rates/installments do not represent a monthly rental amount and are not prorated, but rather the total base rent due for the lease term divided by the # of installments.
Renters insurance required for each tenant.
"Non-Renewal" Lease dates are:
9/20/2024 - 8/22/2025.
Tenants are responsible to set-up and pay their own EWEB (electricity) and cable/internet accounts.
Your monthly EWEB bill will vary based on usage.
Cable/internet cost varies based on your chosen plan & equipment.
Tenants pay a monthly "water, sewer & garbage" charge of $30 per installment / per tenant.
The water, sewer, & garbage charge will be added to your monthly bill.
Tenants pay their monthly rental payments electronically.
We set-up one account for the entire apartment that will include rent, water, sewer & garbage, plus parking (if applicable).
All tenants will be linked to that account but we require one rental payment in full.
Parking is $150 per installment and is limited. We only allocate 1 spot per apartment, but will offer any leftover spots out to those wanting extra garage spots (not a guarantee that extra spots will come available).
Parking in our garage is assigned - you will have the same spot everyday!
Due to COVID-19, we are not doing in persons tours. Please refer to renderings, photos and video tours to pick the apartment.
All roommates must fill out an application and provide ID and documentation.
Michelle will reach out and confirm your apartment based on availability.
Once your apartment has been confirmed with Michelle, she will submit for signature the DEPOSIT TO HOLD FORM to be signed electronically - all tenants in the apartment sign same form.
Meanwhile - Tenants need to submit their Co-Signer forms and mail in their portion of the security deposit.
Once we have received you and your roommate(s)' Co-Signer forms AND security deposit, we will generate lease forms to be signed electronically.
Each tenant must have a Co-Signer (personal guarantor) and each Co-Signer must complete the Co-Signer form below.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: If you are an international student who does not have a Co-Signer with US Social Security number, please let Michelle know. In this case, we require additional deposit plus copies of I20, US Visa, and Passport.
Pay security deposit - must be in the form of check, money order or cashiers check.
