Michelle | Property & Leasing Guru :: Tenants deal directly with Michelle from the start of the leasing process and through out tenancy. Not only is she the person on the phone and behind the computer, you will also find her vacuuming the halls and making the complex clean and homey. A mom of 2 college age daughters, she is like a mom to all of her tenants on campus. Rightfully so, many call her Mama Michelle.

Mike | Maintenance & All Around Fix-it Guru :: Mike is a licensed contractor and we are lucky to have him as our go-to person when repairs are needed. When he's not working, Mike enjoys long road trips to Eastern Oregon and he has the cutest dog in the world named Willy.

Both Michelle and Mike (sister and brother team) are owners and take pride in taking great care of our tenants and of the building.
